Meet David DeBondt
Owner & CEO
David DeBondt is the CEO and Owner of RAMS Specialized Security, Inc., bringing over 12 years of honorable service in the United States Army and extensive experience in public safety and private security to his leadership role.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, David served as a Cavalry Scout and MLRS Crewmember during his military career. His service included deployments and assignments in Iraq (OIF 07–09), Kuwait, Qatar, and South Korea. Throughout his time in the Army, he also served as a Recruiter, helping the Army meet its national recruiting goals, and later as a Cavalry Instructor during Advanced Individual Training, where he mentored and developed the next generation of soldiers.
After completing his military service, David continued his commitment to protecting others as a firefighter for five years, gaining invaluable leadership experience in high-pressure and diverse emergency environments. He then transitioned into the private security sector, where he built more than four years of hands-on industry experience and earned both Unarmed and Armed Security Instructor Certifications.
As CEO of RAMS Specialized Security, Inc., David leads with integrity, discipline, and a mission-focused mindset. His goal is to provide professional, reliable, and highly trained security services that exceed industry standards while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and preparedness within his organization.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, David enjoys spending quality time with his fiancée and son, grounding his leadership in strong family values and a lifelong commitment to service.
